Before travelling

Protective equipment

Remember to go with your own personal protective equipment: mask, gloves and disinfectant gel and use it whenever you have to walk in common areas.

If you do not have personal protection material, ask us, We will indicate the closest places where you can buy it or, if we have stocks at that time, we can facilitate it ourselves.

Upon arrival at the accommodation, do not forget to disinfect the protection materials that may have come into contact with any surface in the environment or outside the property.

In any case, it is recommended to disinfect your hands with disinfecting gel at the entrance and exit of the accommodation. Wear a mask and keep a distance of 2 mts when you go out.

Measures taken for your safety

The current context COVID-19 forces us to establish protocols with the aim of being able to offer our services safely to our clients.. INFORMATION IN DIGITAL FORMAT
Information regarding the environment, restaurants, tourist attractions, brochures, etc., will be provided by phone and electronically when requested by the client.

RECEPTION AND WELCOME SERVICE

  • We comply with interpersonal safety distances.
  • The person in charge of receiving the client will do so with a mask.
  • We have a disinfectant solution for customer use.
  • The keys are cleaned with disinfectant at the end of a stay and before the new arrival.
  • We have courtesy masks for the client, in case the latter requests it.

We manage the maintenance of the facilities (gardening, etc…) so that the stay of the clients is not altered , in order to avoid employee contact – client.

We have hydroalcoholic solutions in all the rooms of our accommodation.

DISINFECTING SOLUTIONS IN COMMON AREAS
We have placed hydroalcoholic hand solutions in common areas for the use of our clients.

CLEANING PRACTICES
We increase the frequency of cleaning and repairs, especially in the areas of greatest contact (surfaces, pomos, sinks, taps, doors, keys, remote controls, wc download button, dryer, railings, terrace furniture, etc).

We clean the surfaces with sanitizing products authorized according to the list of the Ministry of Health. The whole house is ventilated-ventilated, then a cleaning is done / detailed disinfection.

Finally, a specialized and certified company, professionally apply ozone throughout the house before each stay.

INDIVIDUAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT DURING CLEANING
